Classes are 55 minutes in length.  All Mat classes are on a drop in basis.

Reservations required for all Semi Private Classes.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pilates Mat:

Mat classes are the foundation of the Pilates Method.  Students use their own body and small props to create resistance. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in a unique way. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. These classes are challenging and provide a great workout while being suitable for students of all levels and abilities.

 

Semi Private Classes:

Reservations required. Participation is limited to four students, thus allowing the instructor to give individualized attention while still keeping the class moving to ensure the best results. Different Pilates equipment is used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun. Classes will be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs.  We recommend our Introduction to Semi Private Class package as preparation for these classes!
